The first of four exotic teriyaki sauce/marinades. My very own unique blend of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and cornsyrup (for caramelizing). Then topped off with that ever so sneaky sake to tenderize meat. Marinate and BBQ, or use as a sauce for stir-frying at higher temperatures, to produce a caramelizing glaze. No suggestions on this one, you're on your own. Marinate everything! It even makes amazing beef jerky! |
