Gourmet Chicken Ramen Noodles Recipe
Japanese Stir-Fry - Can also be made as a veggie dish

*Optional- Marinate chicken, steak, or shrimp. Cook ahead of time and dice. Add to stir-fry when adding noodles.
Ingredients
3 – packages top ramen noodles (spice packet discarded)
1 - cup - favorite Sake to Me Marinade (preferably sweetie,
sweet-hottie, or hottie (spicy hot)
½ - medium red bell pepper
½ - medium green bell pepper
¼ - medium red onion
1 – medium carrot
Directions
In a large sauce pan, bring 2 ½ quarts of water to a boil. Stir in ramen and boil for 3 min. stirring occasionally. Then drain & rinse.
Wash and cut peppers in half, discarding seeds and stem.
Cut red onion in half and then half again, so you have a quarter.
Wash carrot and peel.
Cut vegetables in smaller pieces to fit into food processor and blend until chopped small but not fine. If you don’t have a processor, chop veggies and shave carrots with a cheese grater.
In a large skillet or wok, add marinade and veggies and turn heat on high. Let veggies sauté for 3 min. stirring occasionally.
Then add cooked noodles stirring until everything is well blended and marinade has completely caramelized and absorbed by noodles.
Serve in nice Japanese bowls with chopsticks and enjoy!
Serving ideas
A great appetizer for this entrée is edame, or include it in your stir-fry! Sake to Ramen is also great as left-overs served cold.
